    Disk space is the storage size needed for your website files. Where Bandwidth is multiple the size of accessing page files each time by the visitor. 

    Bandwidth = No. of accesses x web page size. 

    For example, if your web page size is 1 MB and it is accessed 1000 times by the visitors in a month then the consumed bandwidth is 1000MB.

  • How to access my hosting server account control panel?

    Your cPanel login URL will be like this http://yourdomain.com/cpanel OR http://yourdomain:2082 

    After hosting account setup you will receive “New account information” to your registered email. And you will find the login details like username & password in that mail. 

    OR you may log in to our client portal (https://clients.minminiweb.in) using your registered email, then navigate to the “services” menu, you will find all your services details here including “hosting services”.

  • How to know my hosting server renewal date?

    At any time you may log in to our clients portal (https://clients.minminiweb.in) using your registered email and see the billing details for your products. 

    Also, we will send invoices and communicate via email and phone about your products 15 days prior to expiry.

  • My domain renewal and hosting renewal due dates are different? Should I pay them at once?

    You may pay them at once or may pay them separately. If domain & hosting renewals are on different dates, we recommend you adjust them both on the domain renewal due date. 

    On request, we adjust & sync the hosting account dues with the domain expiry date, so that your due dates are one and you will not get confused.

  • Is secure FTP (SFTP) access is available in your hosting service?

    Yes. By default SFTP access is available with cPanel account.

    A subdomain is the part of the main domain like clients.minminiweb.in, where the hosting of its files is put in a subfolder (public_html/clients) under the root directory “public_html” of the main hosting domain minminiweb.in

    Where the add-on domain is a totally different domain (minminiweb.com) from the main hosting domain (minminiweb.in) and also the hosting of its files put in a subfolder (public_html/minminiweb.com) under the root directory “public_html” of the main hosting domain minminiweb.in 

    The cPanel “Addon Domains” feature allows you to manage multiple domains from a single hosting account.

    No. We have separate plans for Email Hosting. 

    However if you want to use the email from the hosting plan, you can use it within the allocated hosting space. 

    For example, if you purchase a 1 GB hosting plan and if you’re hosting files about 500 MB in size, then you can use the remaining 500Mb space for emails.
