Choose a Domain Name

Make a deal with the most reputable and reliable domain registrars. When you purchase a domain from a new, not well-recognized company, you risk to lose your domain name if the company goes out of business.
Choose a best-fitting domain name that will perfectly work for your brand, SEO and users.
In general, the domain name could be up to 67 characters, but it would be impossible to remember. The best length is of 10 characters - try to keep it.
If you are buying a domain name from an existing owner or you are thinking about one of the recently expired domains and then make sure it is “clean”.

Don'ts

Don’t focus on keywords too much. If you are lucky enough to get your keyword, and then ok. The best way to choose a domain name is to make an accent on brand, simplicity, and availability.
Don’t use difficult, long, mind-bending words, also try to avoid any complexities like numbers, symbols, double letters, etc.,
Never use names with branded keyword like “facebookthemes” “adobehelper”, etc., Many influential companies take this issue seriously. So keep copyright issues in mind.

What is WHOIS contact info?

WHOIS is the publicly accessible database for every domain. It contains the owner and other contact information of the domain including name server and domain status details.

Registrant Contact - is the owner of the domain, who will receive reminder emails at least once a year from us to verify the updated WHOIS contact information. So it's your responsibility to maintain updated contact info like email, phone and address for the domain that you own.

Billing Contact - is used for billing purpose only and have no right for a domain. This info is not displayed publicly on the WHOIS request.

Administrator Contact - have the right to authorise a domain transfer, able to change the contact info and all other necessary decisions for the domain on behalf of the domain owner/registrant.

Technical Contact - is responsible to change the Name Servers and maintain the related technical files on the Web Server where the domain is hosted.
How do I check WHOIS details for my domain name?

You can check WHOIS data for any domain name using this URL on our page OR on any popular WHOIS lookup websites like https://lookup.icann.org, https://whois.domaintools.com, etc.,
What is privacy protection? Do you offer it?

WHOIS data can be protected from public access by enabling the "Privacy Protection" option of a domain.

Yes, we offer it with an additional cost for applicable TLDs.

And note that, for some TLDs like .asia, .blog, .in, .pro, .tel, this privacy protection not available due to various restrictions.

For example, if you purchase a ".in" domain, your WHOIS data cannot be protected from public access.

Which email, mobile number and contact address should I give during domain registration?

Email: You will receive important communications related to your domain on your registered email. It may be the domain expiry reminder, domain transfer authorization, WHOIS data confirmation etc., So it is highly is recommended to use any personal email address that you regularly checking which is non-domain based (eg., This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) email.

Mobile Number: Your personal mobile number, which we can always reach you for any important communications related to your domain status, renewal, etc.

Address: Contact address can be your resident or office address with District, State and Pincode.
What is domain lock / theft protection?

It is an additional layer of security used to protect against unauthorized domain transfers. If it is in disabled status, then your domain can be transferred to another Registrar.

If it is enabled then you may check it on WHOIS display as 'Registrar Lock' or 'Client Transfer Prohibited' status.

By default, it is "Enabled" for every domain registered with us.
What is authorization/EPP/transfer code? How do I get this code?
Why I can't transfer a domain from another service provider to you? and vice versa.

Your domain name cannot be transferred if it is subject to a 60-Day Change of Registrant lock.

If your transfer request falls within 60 days of the initial registration or a change of registrant or a previous transfer.

Also, you can't transfer if it is in 'Registrar Lock' or 'Client Transfer Prohibited' status.

Administrative contact email address should authorize the transfer. If you prefer to change this admin email address, you can only transfer the domain after a 60-days transfer lock.
How you deal the expired domain names, if the customer not renew their domain on time?

After every domain expired, there are two chances for the current registrant to recover their domain.

First, the registrant can renew a domain at a normal cost during the renewal grace period. This grace period may vary from 5 days to 40 days depending upon the TLDs. For example '.com' domain may have 36 days a renewal grace period. where ".net.in" may have 5 days the renewal grace period. You may check some TLDs renewal grace periods here.

Second, if a domain name is not Renewed within the Renewal Grace Period, it would be queued for deletion at the end of the Renewal Grace Period and subsequently Deleted. The name can be restored by your current registrar before it can be deleted. This may result in an additional fee, sometimes referred to as a restoration/redemption fee. To avoid losing the domain, it is safe if we renew it on time or during the grace period.
Are you are offering lowest domain price?

We don't think so. Some are selling higher cost and some are selling lower cost than us.

Some of the leading domain registration providers like Godaddy give promo offer prices for the first year, and they charge sometimes higher than us for upcoming renewals.

But our prices are very reasonable cost, and renewals are the same price. Also, our domain control panel is simple to use and you never lose your domain because of any lack of communication from our side.
